Meth messes with my stomach really bad and it does sometimes feel like a heart attack. You should be worried if you feel tingling/numbness in your left arm though. Might wanna get that checked out if that's the case.
EDIT: It can also fuck with your lungs real bad. Your abdomen and chest cavity in general can become sore from meth use and respiratory failure isn't unheard of with meth abuse either. So again that can also seem like a heart attack.
