That's cool that you grow tomatos though. Tomatoes are awesome. I never grow them but they are great. You should look into aquaponics since you grow tomatoes.
People are against modern technology when it comes to producing food. But most of those people aren't going to produce enough on their own from dirt anyway. -

Theres something about those secondary alkaloids in Bridgesii that sent me for a fucking loop and thats without Rue. It was up there with Ayahuasca in intensity.
I think I would have a "normal" trip off about 3 to 5 grams dry.

I have heard the same on Terscheckii. I read that they contain only mesc as the active alkaloid though so it could have a cleaner trip than Bridgesii.
Some people are saying Bridgesii seems more potent because it contains MAOIs. That would explain the test results.I heard Shulgin talking about them the other day, mentioned another form of mescaline that was far more potent that was present in Terscheckii. They grow fast and I have a few, maybe I'll have a report in a month or two..
That's interesting as well. Hrmmm. I want to plant a potent variety all over the parks here and the thorns on San Pedro are too small for my liking. I love cacti. I got my san pedro from a place that sells cacti exclusively. -

Trichocereus bridgesii and Trichocereus peruvianus are the two you want to grow.
San Pedro, Trichocereus pachanoi, are VERY popular but vary greatly in potency.
Most people agree that bridgesii + peruvianus have more consistent potencies not to mention "better" and "cleaner" highs.
A lot of users do not like San Pedro (pachanoi) because it's effects are much more "dreamy" and "leathargic & sleepy" while bridgesii and peruvianus provide much more of the uplifting stimulated cactus experience.
Bridgesii and peruvianus will be more like Peyote (although not nearly identical by any means) while Pedro will be less like Peyote due to its sedating nature.
If a sedated dream state sounds more like your style, give your go at some Pedros.
If potency and consistency is what you want go for Bridgesii or peruvianus!

The jammers can be remotely activated, and as long as there's no finger prints, you should be able to jam every wireless device if necessary with a remote. You'll have to not be caught with the remote too, of course.

The point because this biosynthesis will never become widespread in meth-labs is plain that it affords some basic equipment and knowledge, at least the ability to do fractional distillations and a reductive alkylation.
Dont forget the biosynth doesnt yield ephedrine directly but l-phenylacetylcarbinol which has to be reductivly alkylated to ephedrine. This can be done and is done in industry without isolation/purification of l-PAC but using the raw extract from the fermentation broth (solvents to use in extraction are: ether, chloroform, benzene, toluene, xylene). There is no use in starting a biosynth without having everything needed for the reductive alkylation by hand, say HgCl2, Al-sheet, nitromethane (or methylamine).
The biosynthesis itself is fairly simple and yields between 15% if done sloppy and 50% if done right on the used benzaldehyde. It gets obvious that making benzaldehyde oneself is advantageous. And its not too hard to make it from toluene.
The biosyntesis setup can also be used for making beer and liquor, providing a nice cover for the stuff and the distillation gear and providing booze and beer. Homebrewing shops sell everything needed, in special nutrient salts and thiamine. Yeast is bakers yeast, the cheapest bakers yeast from the supermarket is ok, although you will want to grow it your own lateron for better yields.
It is perhaps interesting to mention that l-PAC can also be reductivly aminated to norephedrine, the starting compound for the famous and fairly simple trans-4-methylaminorex (4-MAR) synthesis as posted by Bandil.
The reductive amination step is harder here as it has to be done under pressure to get tolerable yields if ammonia and Al/Hg is used. The final step to 4-MAR is even easier than any ephedrine reduction as it employs potassium or sodiumcyanate (from urea and potash/sodium carbonate), is done in water and needs nothing whats watched or dangerous.
To tell it: This is nothing to start from the level of a RP/I or Birch cook and to be finished next week. Anyways, if one isnt able to get it going or looses interest, there is always left the gear for making moonshine so not all is lost
4-MAR is better in a lot of ways. More euphoric, but the longer half life can be annoying.
