People couldn't collect on house damaged by quake but they could if the house burned down before the overwhelmed insurance inspectors could view quake damages.

fuck.. that's probably it. even though I feel it under the tip of the toe, it sometimes attacks that area too.. it could be a referred nerve pain that hurts in a different zone of the foot or toes.
