He was a pretty strong guy that accomplished a lot and I doubt some bitch teasing him was enough for him to kill himself
Like he would turn down free heroin from his wife. Anyway she could have just spiked his supply when he wasn't looking or just injected him when he was passed out. Also, I'm a fan of his music and all but I wouldn't describe him as a "strong guy" he probably had BPD or something. He tried to kill himself multiple times, he also had a lot of health issues. Even if he was murdered he wasn't gonna last long on the path he was on anyway. -
2019-09-17 at 10:04 PM UTC in I've never met an unhappy man who was having sex with multiple women...The theories that Courtney hired a hit man are dumb, if she wanted to kill Kurt all she had to do was drop a big bag of heroin on the table and tell him he's a sell out. The rest would have taken care of itself.

IF open or weak network is detected, connect and use as internet connection
create secure network to extend to other rpis in area
that way you could automatically extend network range by hiding rpis strategically; if one gets found or is moved you can simply put another one in the general area and it'll automatically assume the missing one's position in the chain
potentially you could use arduinos or ESPs or whatever as cheaper relays but I'm not sure how good their WLAN stacks are and you'd be limited as to what you could run on the relays themselves
I don't really see the point of setting up a mesh network, for what? The value here is access to the hotels network to sniff out guest data/hack them or to use their WAN connection for a proxy.
I suppose it would be good to have a few devices in a location for redundancy/increased bandwidth or processing power and they could mesh for coordination but it's not strictly necessary. -

2019-09-16 at 5:41 PM UTC in Big data datingThis is already a thing basically, most dating websites are going to be sorting your potential matches somewhat. You might be able to improve the quality of the matches a bit by gathering more data but you might also just overwhelm it with noise.
Human relationships also aren't entirely logical, you can only get so far based on the fact that you both like the Office or wake up at the same time. People don't necessarily want to date someone just like themselves, and figuring out what exactly it is they are looking for would be hard.
I used to work for a company that did something sort of similar, evaluating how certain business partnerships might work out. We had a huge dataset going back decades on different companies and their interactions and getting much useful out of it was way harder than it might seem at first. It's not hard to get a rough estimate on probable success, but the difficulty increases as your target accuracy does and it's not linear. -
2019-09-16 at 5:32 PM UTC in ATTN : Lanny, aldra, sophie, other coders. You'd be better off just developing ways to detect faked video or evaluate how reliable/prone-to-faking it is (i.e. lower resolution videos would be easier to fake).
That's going to be possible for at least some time, and by the time we have ml systems capable of perfectly faking video we'll probably have some social systems in place to deal with it.
I for one am looking forward to telling everyone my leaked nudes are just faked, I get up to some freaky stuff. -

Originally posted by Sophie Sometimes i wonder if this would have been easier if i started off learning a low level language to begin with
Eh, maybe - maybe not. Knowing a higher level language can give you a point of reference when navigating the lower levels - especially today where there's so much going on in regard to exploits. Shell code is essentially just glue you use to seize total control of the state of the app and get it to do what you want. So the key is to exploits is understanding how higher level functions on a specific platform map to lower level code...you really only need to understand a few basic concepts to get a grasp on it, and then you can dive in deeper when targeting something in particular.
Experience in a higher level language gives you exposure to a lot of high level concepts about program logic and execution flow, you just have to go back and back fill how that stuff is actually being accomplished.
I think playing around with C code and seeing what sort of asm the compiler spits out is a good start it's just not gonna be how you actually construct your shell code. -

As I said in the beginning it's sort of moot anyway, since the economy doing well doesn't prevent it from backsliding.
I can't dick around on this dumbassery any more, I've got stuff to do. If you want to actually articulate something instead of just repeatedly posting graphs showing Trump is doing at best, an average job on those particular metrics, I'll listen.
