you know what im thinking? thats not the first time that kid has kissed someone like that. like she immediately started kissing me back and knew exactly what she was doing. if you were 8 and had never made out with anybody like that before and somebody just kissed you without warning you just wouldn't know wtf to do, would you?

next thing im sitting on their sofa with this girl chatting away non stop next to me and i start to keep noticing it was a little weird the way she was always looking me straight in the eye everytime i looked at her. and i notice she does have a very pretty face but i wasn;t thinking anything like that about her at all. and she had this smile thing going on the whole time. then the next thing i know i'm looking at her and she stopped talking for a second and this weird thing felt like i was just drawn into her and ive just pecked her on the lips then she seemed to smile more and these eyes were just drawing me in and then before i know im properly kissing her like adult kissing her and i can feel her tongue brushing inside my lip but its weird at first im totally expecting her to pull away and maybe even freak out or something but it just keeps going and i cant get why the fuck i kissed her in the first place or why on earth she was kissing me either. buit it was so weird coz until right up until it happened i wasnt thinking anything like that toward her it literallu just came out of fucking nowhere.

If you have no evidence of your neighbor contacting you through the phone it likely didn't happen. Even if it seems very real you could be tripping hard.
Phone evidence is proof so if you have no call or text from her you should question your grasp on reality.

It sounds like you really want someone to tell you it's okay to fuck minors.
What this judge did was morally reprehensible. All wariat did was solicit a child and probably exchange messages and then show up at a location. There is no DNR evidence. They don't even have any photos of him having sex with the child. So unless they got some creepy minority report kids who can see the future....they should've dropped charges.
