    What is hilarious is when the ultra says that hooligans are good of the stadium and people. If it wasn’t for hoods half people wouldn’t show up to games. This same talk reminds me of Wes Watson interviews on California prisons making excuses for white prison politics saying it is needed or good because it is safe for white people in there.
