You think a large number of these people independently bought weapons and cheap tacticool gear just because they wanted to participate in these marches so badly? I mean... I guess it's possible, but it doesn't seem likely. Even airsoft gear and bottom-rung webbing is a fair bit of money that most people would be unlikely to want to spend just to play dressups. Factor in that the majority of people marching and protesting are either unemployed or in lower income brackets.

Three people were injured in downtown Louisville when a member of an armed black militia group carrying semiautomatic weapons accidentally discharged a firearm as they marched to a demonstration.
Despite earlier reports that the shots were fired as a result of an argument between the group and a far-right organization gathered nearby, it was later confirmed that a member of the Atlanta-based ‘Not F*****g Around Coaltion' had accidentally fired on other members as they assembled in Baxter Park.

Edit, in 2019 Chile with it's riots came to the realization their biggest problem was wealth inequality, the poor getting poorer regardless of race and the rich getting richer.

Democrat Chairman Schiff even went on Tucker Carlson and looked directly into the camera, when asked by Tucker to do so, and swore to the American people on a stack of bibles that he had 100% proof Trump was a Russian asset that no one had seen yet. But in secret, they all testified behind closed doors in Congress, under oath there, that they had absolutely no evidence and had seen no evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians. Then they ran to their fake news networks like CNN and MSNBC and said the exact opposite right after the hearings and after swearing under oath, and they also leaked classified materials in the process trying to frame Trump for something he never did.
