Maybe if you weren't so prejudiced you would realise that sometimes laughter is second to the social justice function of the laughter. I see them in Dublin all the time. They especially love to sit on the flat glass roof of the art gallery, and shit on it. The whole situation could best be described as being postmodern and avant garde.
