    I am almost home, it's still twilight and I get to Universary Ave on I80 and I think it was a duck walking out into my lane (far right slow lane) but then it looked like a Puffin Bird? I think they're either a type of parrot or maybe even related to a Penguin? He walks into the lane, stops and is looking up at me.. like me, my eyes on his eyes (even if my headlights blinded him) as if he was staring at me. I couldn't react. I just hear THUD! and it hit pretty fucking hard under my car. then I see a Motorcyclist behind me kind of skid a bit.. he had to of hit what was left of the poor guys caurcus.
    
    No lie. do we have Puffins in California? maybe it was a pet from one of the homeless who live in the tents under the highway.
