   Yeah I grew up in a village, had my parents not divorced and I moved to a town I would most likely be dead from boredom/ suicide. Social isolation can suck but I'm a social butterfly at heart. I've found myself in intermittant periods alone such as this weekend but only out of choice/ necessity.
   
   I don't feel the need to go and do shit to fill my weekend but I am left feeling disappointed for not doing so.

   This is true but I'm really drawn to buying a couch for £1300. It will last years but then I feel like the Narrator at the start of Fight Club.
   
   We shouldn't feel guilty for what we buy, it can be easily wasted on something else, e.g. Drugs. Maybe it's just not getting caught up in the maelstrom of buying everything.
