Regarding trumps performance on the “cognitive test he bragged about passing”, several prominent psychologists have said they have administered this test (the MOCA) hundreds, if not thousands of times, bragging about acing this test is the equivalent of bragging that you tied your own shoes this morning. -

He has many symptoms of Mild Cognitive Impairment, including poor memory, word finding difficulty, slurred speech, linguistic decline, irritability, depression, mental confusion, lack of restraint, inexplicable lying, poor occupational performance, impaired judgment and paranoia.
During his term, there was clear evidence that it was getting progressively worse. Word finding issues, memory problems, repetitive phrases, and sometimes, incoherence. Frankly, I think the White House staff did their best to hide how bad it had gotten from the public. Now, that he is out of office, he seems to have much less protection.
His most recent rally in Texas seemed to leave his followers confused — even they couldn’t understand what the hell he was saying. He was more incoherent than usual. -

even if his parents lived to be 90s (Which I think they did) they most likely didn't eat the garbage people eat today which Trump does.
Donald’s parent’s lived fairly long lives.
His father Fred suffered from Alzheimer's at the end of his life but died from pneumonia at 93.
His mother, MaryAnne, died at the age of 88. She had severe Osteoporosis in her later years but ultimately died of natural causes.
Regarding his father’s Alzheimer’s, In this type of illness, there is a 50 per cent chance of developing the disease if you have a parent with the illness. The other disturbing aspect of this illness is that early symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease typically begin in a person’s 70s …. with respect to trumps behavior now and during his time in office I’d say there’s a pretty good chance he’s already suffering from the beginning stages of the disease.
