   Ok so basically I bought a tin of prunes in syrup today just in case I needed them to shit which I think I do right now
   
   I read I need to eat about 10 prunes or 100g of them so yeah I poured out half the tin (which is about 10 prunes)
   
   The tin weighs 420g (says it on the tin no pun) so that syrup must weigh around 210g on its own
   
   I’ve eaten about 4 so far and they taste fucking awful and I’m spitting the seeds out back into the bowl as I go (not sure if you should eat them I’m gonna look that up now )

   For some reason this one wasn’t like my usual ones it varied in consistency. Came out as a long soild pipe then started turning into a big soft mushy pile towards the end.. But I was still satisfied with it
   
   That basically tells me I cheated on my diet at some point and because it was at the end of the poop it must have been the last thing I ate and I think it was some liquorice sweets I wolfed down thinking they’d work as a laxative, but you need the sugar free liquorice sweets containing the sweetener xylitol
   
   Even though I know they won’t do anything now I still have just under half a bag left so gonna finish it off because they’re delicious anyway
