And I keep trying to warn you that I was serious when I said that because it was 20 kg not 20 lbs which took just over a year to lose which I’m managing to put back on in muscle now
However I realised early enough it didn’t matter what I was eating, I was going to lose it either way - So I cut out the bullshit donut diet and ate lean, healthy food which you probably can’t afford
