Some guy here once told me how he worked a few years in Canadia, and the Canadian government tracked him down in Ireland in order to pay him a pension. I don't remember the figures, but I remember thinking wow, he wound up being pretty well paid. -

How do you aim a laser to hit something the size of a washing machine 1000 miles away? How do you even see it? Try doing the trigonometry on that, and then account for the ease with which you can spray paint your warhead to be reflective, have an ablative coating, have a stealth coating, have a cooling system, etc.
I plan to have my own next gen missile defense directed energy protype up and running shortly, I'm going to jam a laser pointer up my ass and run around going "wowwwowowwowowwo". It'll have as much chance of stopping a nuke as any of these systems. -

Ireland is probably an exception, as it still has a white birth rate. Everyone right now gets about $200 a week when they turn 65 or so.
Most small private sector employers do not make any provision for a pension, even though they're technically required to, so you're just fucked. In general, no union = no pension.
But you also have the fact of resource depletion, debt exhaustion and white demographic collapse coming.
By 2050, when I will be of an age to receive a pension, what sort of state will Europe and the US be in? Not a very happy one if current trends continue. -

I did around 1000 calories yesterday, and I'm trying to do the same today.
I ate:
small amount of porridge with jam 250 calories
bean salad and chicken 300 calories
Prunes 200 calories
Protein shake 150 calories
Coffee x2 ~ 140 calories
I smelt acetone from my breath by evening, which means either I've drunk too much or I'm in ketosis.
Today just a protein shake, they help you feel less hungry.
It's easy to lose weight - just don't be a lying dishonest faggot about it. Force your body to exercise, make yourself work, take note of everything you eat, and be honest with your numbers.
Fat people will find all sorts of excuses to avoid doing this, like worrying about damaging their poor little bodies and brains.
Amazing that in that world view stuffing your face-hole with whiskey, cake, meth and coca cola doesn't damage you at all, but going hungry for a little while will turn you into a literal tellytubby. -
