If you called a ceramic cartridge which wasn't CCELL, a CCELL, you'd be wrong. You wouldn't call McDonald's a type of fast food restaurant, or Walmart a type of department store.
What type of restaurant is McDonald's? Fast food. What type of store is Walmart? A department store. What type of cartridge does CCELL make? Ceramic.
You said you'd laugh at him if it was CCELL, which is the standard brand of ceramic cartridge for thc oils. You mentioned the wick so I assumed you meant those were better. Tell me, what kind of cartridge WON'T you laugh at? -

And cotton wicks are the older and more outdated technology. My e-cigarette in 2012 had a cotton wick. Ceramic coils burn cleaner and gunk up less, which is why you need to use thinner oils with a wick. Which, your oil shouldn't be thin.
Also CCELL is a specific brand, not a type of cartridge.

Everybody asks me if I work out but I'm pretty sure its from staying up in bed on my stomach reading books/on phone. My shoulders are pretty decent too. My forearms are disproportionate but I'm working on it. -
