Idk if this means that low to mid severity violent threats aren't allowed, or if they simply raised the bar on the level of severity your threats csn have, but I'd keep on the high-severity side to be safe.
Not sure if there is anything beyond high-severity. Death seems pretty severe so you probably gotta say some really crazy shit to pass that line. -
