That sounds about right lol. I have a friend who speaks it at home and I'll probably be practicing with him. There's also A LOT of polish people in my area, but I'm kind of afraid to ask because it's not exactly easy to distinguish by looks.
I'm mostly studying it because I got a bunch of polish learning materials for damn near free, and I get tired of Chinese because none of the people I talk with online ever want to have an actual voice chat with me. I also can't find the next book I need :(
I'll probably just learn a little bit and then start on something easier like French or German. It's way easier to learn a language when you've got someone to talk to though. I've pretty much stagnated since my last semester of Chinese. It got a little better when I went abroad but the only thing that really stuck is a bunch of food words from when I went to the markets with this gay Christian church dude. -

Supposedly he was walking and fine just three days prior. Had a few episodes like this in the past that he was hospitalized for, but he just kept on drinking.

Come to think of it, though, I think there was a Seinfeld episode that centered around this very concept (except it wasn't so much about getting specific meds).
So yeah, I don't think medical record sharing is restricted to Canada.
Well i know there's a warning/database system for prescriptions that might fuck you over, but otherwise yes you need to give someone permission to get your records. There's also instances where they can share/sell but thats mostly for insurance companies and not physicians. Doctors would need permission. -
