so they missed, then it malfunctioned, exploded, turned 180 degrees and landed in a hospital.
Actually that does kinda line up with the looney tunes rocket theory if you ruptured a tank under pressure it could spin out and land somewhere weird, but the payload seems way too big. Unless their idea of a "propane tank" was more like this

I've seen the footage from a few angles and it doesn't seem like a "misfire" at all, it looks like an explosion in the air
a misfire doesn't explain why it exploded in air, and saying it "malfunctioned mid-air before striking hospital"
I thought they meant it MIS fired like WOOPS it hit the hospital. How is this a misfire, the footage is odd and I haven't seen anything that really proves anything but your theory sounds the most on the money than any i've heard so far.

This is why chess players use online chess things maybe probably but actually go to physical games a lot. I can go to a park they have a chess park here and i've seen people playing there against randoms. It's probably easier to find a chess game than a competitive yugioh or smash bros but it kinda reminds me of that

By the time real guns are legal i'll be able to hit an apple on top of your head from 500 yards away with a musket so an AR srtyle rifle I would be a machine.
This is of course very illegal and these guns would be contraband but it's not like anyone will check some old muskets on your wall to see if they actually fire. If you put a gun lock on them it's technically legal but would be like gun locking a sawed off shotgun.
