IDK it takes a lot for me to be bothered by a person. They have to intentionally be an asshole to me. People gotta eat and if they get excited by a movie and start clapping or cheering its just pointless aggravation to get mad over it so I just let it go. I've worked jobs where I'm working hard as fuck and people are just sitting talking and I don't care. I try to keep my own little space in my head. I get along with basically everyone IRL for this reason. If someone says some shit I really don't like I just stop talking to them or talk to them as little as possible.
I think I'm pretty good at blocking people out. If I'm somewhere where everyone annoys me I just stfu and escape into my head. People will say things to me and I won't hear it even if I'm right there. Everyone has selective hearing like this to a degree but I think I just turn it on more than most people.
