what i do is to just pick up those discarded by tourists. ive worked in a convenient store before and registering a new sim card here takes about 3 minutes. no verification whatsoever. all we need to do is to use a smartphone to scan the bar or qr code on the prepaid sim card, and scan the passport and let phone enter all the informations.
will even work with pictures of passports or manually entered infos.
i have dozens of these discarded sims from these tourists and i thought of buying a used smartphone for the purpose of you know what but its impractical for long term use since if they really want to trace you down, they CAN trace you down. -
