yes, a star is a blob of light but a blob of light isnt necessarily a star.
Yes there is:
1, confirming your observations with verified data on the object
o, thats just like lookimg at a blury and low res image of monalisa, and then referring to outside confirmation that its really monalisa that your looking at and then going back to look amd admire the low res and blury view of it.
thats kinda of how amateur asstronomy is.2, spectroscopy (yes you can do it at home relatively simply and cheaply).
are you planing to buy equipment for this as well.A pretty dull object to look at. Here's a photo of Saturn a fellow astronomy chum took a few days ago using the same equipment I own…much prettier than Uranus…or mine.
dont you have any pictures of your own to show us. -

dont have to. i said stars, not lumps of lights.Globular clusters have 100s/1000s of individually resolvable stars.
no, those are blobs of light with even small blobs of lights around it. theres no way to acertian if those smaller dots are individual stars or a bunch of other stars.btw…stars are not the only things to look at dumbny.
yea, your first choice has always been uranus. -

As far as fat people clogging up an entire isle; I have many times said that the govt. should give out permits to help reduce the occurrence of such problems. Proper individuals ought to be given permits to shoot fatties once per month in the gut with a .22 cal. Like if you have this permit you're allowed to shoot someone in the fat gut once a month if their fat is hindering productivity of society.
pls dont shoot fat people.
fats are harder to clean than blood. -

I've looked at TRILLIONS of stars…a quick look at the Andromeda Galaxy for example is looking at approx 1 trillion stars…and that's just 1 of billions of Galaxies.
My Evo 9.25 with all the accessories I have is about $4k…you can do the math of cost per star yourself.
a blob of light isnt a trillion of stars. its just a blob of lights.
theres no way you could see a single, singular individual star in andromeda galaxy. or any other near distant gallaxies for that matter.
so, not a single star then. have you at least try to look at uranus. -

Men today prefer cats as pets, while dogs are more popular among women according to a new survey
A total of 36 per cent of women, however, owned a dog, with just 33 per cent having a cat - making dogs ‘woman’s best friend’.
