I dont' know if you saw my advice. If you focus on your leg (mine is the left for some reason) and kick it.. You can move it and kick hard.

But I notice mine occurs when it's hot. for some reason being hot makes it trigger for me. Summer or when I am dehydrated a bit.

I was raised a Presbyterian (Which is basicly like Lutherin or Methodist- Its a Scottish form of Lutheren I believe.. called the Protestants-- Yet my Dad was Irish Catholic from what I am told)

I tried to convert to Catholic but didn't get the Virgin Mary Hail Mary ritual. but I went to church with catholic friends anyways.

I thought of Converting to Greek Orthodox. Not because it's trendy but because it's a form of Catholicism I'm told without much of head guilt?

    Maybe I'm wrong.

-discuss.. no anti religion or hate speech on my Christian beliefs.

He speaks as if San Francisco is a much higher place to live and that Oakland is shit?

or does he. Did Gertrude Stein speak poorly of Oakland with her "There is no there there"

she speaks of the windy and constant warm days of living in oakland. sweating with howling winds

She said "There is no there there" not because of a hate for Oakland, but the sense of Nostalgia over losing her childhood house to gentrification of farming land and it's original people. the city dwellers replacing homesteaders with 10 acre lots. She was just pointing out over developement in a short period of time.

San Francicians and their poofy hankercheif Socilialite "We're old stayed money.. puw puw" attitudes of East Bay residents used this line of the now Famous Gertrude to put down Oakland as being a lower middle class urban shithole.

Oakland was and never will be a shithole. People who live in it might make it shitty to be around but Oakland is actually one of the few places on earth where nearly every type of plant and tree can grow because of it's temperate climate year round. it can go from gang infested and crime filled to a Paradise in a short time if people are educated and employed and kept busy.

Oakland is Paradise. San Francisco is a bit overrated in my opinion. fucking snobs

Gertrude Stein writes in her autobiographical novel, The Making of Americans, about her childhood in Oakland, where a child “could have all anybody could want of joyous sweating, of rain and wind, of hunting, of cows and dogs and horses, of chopping wood, of making hay, of dreaming, of lying in a hollow all warm with the sun shining while the wind was howling.” Returning to her home decades later to find it gone and to find Oakland no longer a place “of chopping wood, of making hay” struck her, and she wrote her famous “no there there” quote in response.

a concrete saferoom with air being pumped into it, with a rotating glass door to allow people into the room to wait it out. concrete. built into the concrete core frame. huge sprinkler system with not just water but C02 or what.. ? baking-soda or salt works good doesn't it? this one guy on the News has invented a new liquid that extinguishes fires in half the time and everything is cool to the touch. but the state of California won't buy his product (contracts or something keeping them from doing so.. it has to be passed by something similar to FDA? it's pretty retarded.. looks promising. shit like this is needed to build basement or cellar dwelling units to keep them safe. and like i said.. lots of concrete or safe rooms with air-vents. You could build 200 stories up and 100 stories down. basements could be used for office and stores. sunlight can be reflected downward with newer technology along with artificial? you want sunlight.. go to the ground floor and take a fucking walk. but it would solve the over population problem.

even though I do this rideshare shit.. We really need to get cars the fuck off the highway. Yesterdays Holiday shoppers were stressing me out.

"Power goes out" We need to be off grid or have a separate grid with the power grid system. redundancy and restrict the materials that currently exist that are toxic and burn easily in offices and apartments. Pie in the Sky or reality today?
