You gotta get active. My weight fluctuates maybe 5 pounds at most. In the summer it’s rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking. In the winter snowboarding and cross country skiing is cool. This post brought back memories of the town I grew up in, there was a big family who always had an epic 4th of July blow out every year. I’m talking live music, booze & a phenomenal cook out. People came from everywhere to attend this event every year.

Can you get some zero skills job like McDonald’s or Walmart? Find someone lookin for a roommate… at least get you through the winter?
Worst case scenario go back to rehab for winter…it’s food & shelter and maybe a job or sober living when you’re done. There’s a lot of resources out there, you just gotta be willing to dig and deal with shit for a bit.
