I had two of the same items that I was self checking, among other things, I had one item in each hand….I scanned one and put the other in the bag, same items no diff right?! Wrong…..the scanner stopped working and the help light started flashing..the help guy came right over to check it out, after I explained what I was doing he checked & showed me the video.
