had this been California, I believe she should be sued. and it might even be a felony. actually it is a felony if he was unaware she was doing so and didn't get his permission to video tape him.
I believe if it's just visual it's not a felony but the moment audio is added (with or without video, film, data) to a visual recording. that I was told is a felony to release it. it's kind of like how spite porn is. it's clearly out of spite on the part of the person recording.. which I assume is the female passanger in the conversation. -

I tend to "read into" things.. not falsely but sensitive and though you might dislike me for some reasons, I might pinpoint it for you. i'm very sensitive to things.. as long as I can understand it. If you're talking physics or chemistry or biology on some advance college level.. i can't really help you there yet I might see something written or her that I might pick up as uneasy feeling. I may just point out what comes off as a an odd emotional feel or somewhat read as dark or saucy or sardonic or Kodi that turned her off. , in text that may have shaken her cage a bit. -
