hell I remember when AOL was a free 10 hours and then 5 bucks an hour after that.. that was like 1993?
those online server sites were expensive.
TOTSE could of been an online server site like AOL but most likely.. it was a black-op experiment. and we used to joke about that. but then suddenly it became more of an awareness thing. before there was totse.com people on &totse joked or were even serious about saying it was a government watchlist program and incubator. LOL
to me it was UFO and conspiracy stories and article clips into digital format and also a free 7 node real time text chat. instead of paying for AOL to feed a new addiction I to this day havn't really kicked.
and all it was, was newsgroup/IRC? but they charged for something that was free for anyone who knew how to use telnet. they just made it simple. totse could of grown into the same type of company.

for one walmart's carts weigh a ton when aligned and two their mules have been broken so we've had to do everything ourselves lately
You have never experienced having to push hundreds of carts a day and constantly make sure the garages are full while dealing with shitty csm wannabes (door greeters) and having to avoid running into cars or people
