I work in an outpatient facility, and I wear two hats on my job. I triage the patients, I take their xrays, and I assist the doctor whenever needed. They order the medicine and I administer it. So I’m involved from the get go. Our front desk screens the patient for Covid symptoms, and if they have any of the symptoms, they’re given a mask. If I have any patients with even the slightest symptoms, and there’s a wide array, I get on my N95, another mask over top with a fluid shield all around, and my gloves. It’s a lot of work when we have to shut down a room and disinfect the shit out of it. If I take them to xray, I have to disinfect every single thing they touch or I touch.
If it’s not a patient with Covid symptoms, I still wear a surgical mask.
And no, as far as I know no one I work with has gotten it, we’ve had scares, but all is well so far🤞

Worn out. Ran my butt off at work today. 3 probable Covid patients. I’m good with my PPE an all, it’s just a lot of extra work. But I’m here, and that’s a plus🥰

Sitting here enjoying my morning latte and posting on NIS. There was a glorious sunrise today, unfortunately the part where the sun peaked out I was not in a place to get a photo. I'm sure I'll be alright though. Sometimes you've got to live it instead of capturing it
