Talk about doing this country right... my dad is the prototype of how to properly immigrate to the United States... and how to behave, once you are here. America is grateful for your presence, Pops. What if you don't want to be healthy and want to pay less? Then do not use taxpayer dollars for healthcare services when you get sick and injured. Simply take care of yourself or be sick and injured and miserable the rest of your life but don't let Society pay to take care of you.
