Yes a lot of drinking but also various sports (soccer, rugby etc) that were hard on my joints and several motorcycle accidents that also took their toll on said joints. Now I was also just told a couple of months ago my kidneys are only working at 74% and when I went back 6 weeks later doc said they had further reduced their efficiency...I need to drink a LOT more water but have a hard time doing that.
...you might have seen the post a few days ago about that water drinking thing that Kafka posted that tricks your brain into thinking you are drinking flavored drinks. I ordered one of those (well 2 actually) so when that shows up maybe it will help me drink the water I need to be drinking or my kidneys will just continue to shrivel up like unused ball sacks.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
