oh just answering a phone call from the gentlemen who owns several rental properties- i had met (while he was selling some of his left over new/unused inventory of washer & dryers-- about a month 1/2 ago, & I was looking, pretty much, for a disposable dryer for my son who may soon be moving to Hawaii in the near future.)
