Also, the USA produces food, if people wouldn't get all worked up with the panic buying the stores would be full. Same thing here, only thing that's out of stock, are OTC meds. Bt if you go early enough to the store you can still get them.
I agree on the panick buying BS. But the things I can't get are from VS or Bath and Body, not regular grocery stores. Those are still open and we don't see the panick buying here. Just behaviors. 8pm curfews for most of the population, in Abu Dhabi region, and closures of stores and such. There is a 24 hour curfew in Dubai region, except to go grocery shopping and pharmacy. They have cameras everywhere and will fine you automatically. You have to take your receipts in to show where you were going/coming from for dispute. -

Walk in and grab it and get going again. Oddly when the mobile app came out with the option I was against it because it is just another thing to avoid social interactions ... but my batista knew me so well we still chatter a little as I rushed in to grab it and I got an extra 10 minutes to sleep

All 3 of our food places and the 3 cafeterias. So I can still get my pedi and hair done and have options for food. The worst is having all the stores in the malls closed. No scents for the car or new panties or actual Starbucks ๐ญ๐ญ
