I've abused Cocaine since I was 16 on/ off. More on than off. Over here it goes hand in hand with drink and you seldom find anyone who DOES NOT do it.
I'm at a stage of my life I don't need it anymore nor the people that use it. I have little in regards to finances etc. But I still have my health and clear mind. That shit just destroys, re wires your brain and just fucks you up completely. When you spend enough time off it you start feel different, feel less irritable, and find pleasure from little things that you would otherwise not when in habitual use. The company I keep now is so much more fulfilling. It's like being around real humans again.

like why wouldn't you just say "forever"? that's why we have a word in modern english that describes the concept of something happening for eternity. there's two ways to say it right there off the top of my head that don't make you sound like a total fucking douche. can you imagine how much of a tool i would look like just going around randomly translating things i want to say to an ancient language that nobody uses anymore. you'd be like "gtfo".

I, for one, am disappointed. This could have been a great day for science, and maybe one of the best weeks for science in recent memory (Beresheet, Falcon Heavy launch, and of course Katie Bouman's revolutionary black hole picture).
