My daddy was retired military and I never knew he had a gun .. I just never thought if he had one or not and he never said if he did
But one time.. I was 18 in my first apartment and my daddy spent the night .. my boyfriend at the time was there .. so when my daddy came in the door my immediate reaction was to grab his coat
But he said no.. and told my boyfriend to get his coat and hang it up.. my dad walked in the other room then..
My guy looked at me holding the coat he lifted it up and down as if it was heavy.. and he mouthed to me no sound .. “ your daddy got a gun”

I’m actually training tonight and it’s the first time I’m trainin on this wing she’s a really down to earth blonde girl and we’ve been talking alll day and night we have a lot in common
I don’t like positions of power it feels weird her asking me can she go on break and go on lunch :/
