I was at home depot with my mom last week and we went down the lamp aisle and I touched every lamp there was (there were over a hundred) just to see if they were the touch ones but only one out of all of them was. But it made me happy to see they still exist.
I had a touch lamp for most of my adolescent years lol it was peach with flowers ...

But when I was vegan .. my body .. *tokes* my body .. *tokes* was simply amazing in every way...
I looked so fuqn toned and I was never tired or anything...
It was almost like that’s how it should be in general.. like that’s how I should have felt always..
Quick story::

When I was vegan it was a holiday and I ate a burger my neighbor made for me...
At that point it had been a month and it was like the 4th of July or something and I said fuq it.. jus one little one ...
And when I tell you... I felt that burger in my body .. I literally felt it like a foreign object in my tummy ...
I could literally feel the meat going through my body and it felt so weird bro...
Working out with being a vegan .. I think is what I need to be doing ..
I’m 36 and if I do this , this year.. by the time I’m 40 I could literally be the best me I’ve ever been ...
I just have to stick to it and have willpower...
