  10. You opened this thread with...

Obviously those that get to decide, re: those that matter, disagreed with your unqualified, uneducated, triggered and retarded opinion.

Your opinion/point is once again, moot.

If you want to try and be a pseudo intellectual actually provide something with a solid foundation rather than your personal opinion...Now run along you filthy little Hillary lover.

I agree for the most part. I’m sure there’s some exception to this but when somebody commits suicide after being accused I think it’s most likely because their family has turned on them, they’ve lost their job, incurred financial problems, etc. Not because of guilt.

If they struggled with feelings of guilt they wouldn’t rape to begin with.

First off, I’m her age, and I sat here one day and tried to remember all the parties I went to back in my teens. Hell, I’ve pictured different parties that I went to in my mind, but most of the details are very sketchy. I know my GF took me to one but I couldn’t tell you the lay out of the house, nor can I remember most of the people that were there. That particular party my GF was being a slut and sleeping with more than one guy, so I left; guess what?….. I don’t remember who brought me home, I know it was some guy that was there, hell i don’t even remember the car, and I certainly couldn’t take you to the house. This is not the only party that I went to that the details are very sketchy, just the one that stands out in my mind. My GF couldn’t corroborate what happened with me, she was smashed. I guess I better let you know that I didn’t drink back then, only weed.

I kind of like you but that is pure anecdotal evidence and speaks nothing of her credibility.

Originally posted by Technologist Secondly I watched the way the two of them acted when questioned, she was far more believeable, IN MY OPINION.

That is emotional conjecture. Parts of her testimony of her story have been demonstrated to be false by her own testimony. Her reluctance to travel to testify for a fear of flying for example.

Originally posted by Technologist Thirdly she has reported this to her psychologist years ago. Do you think she made this up to her psychologist? I sure don’t. That surely doesn’t fit the conspiracy theory that the right is preaching, this was all a set up, ahhh highly unlikely.

Now seriously, why would any women report this shit on such a high level. She knew it would up end her life. She knew she would be slandered at the highest level, and she has been. What person would ask for that to happen to their established life? No one.

Did you watch the entire hearing? I did. I know, get a life. The pint is when questioned by the Senate Judiciary Committee she stated that only Kavanagh and Judge were in the room. When questioned by Rachel Mitchell about the fact that her therapists notes state she told her therapist there were four boys in the room and none of them were named she testified that the therapists notes were wrong and that she told the therapist two boys and their names. Point after point in her story does not match with multiple credible sources or her own testimony.

Originally posted by Technologist Everyone keeps talking about corroborating evidence, we’ll we don’t have any, do we? I wonder why that is??? Could it be because it wasn’t appropriately investigated? I believe so. They didn’t even interview her during the supposed investigation. They didn’t speak to her psychologist nor the polygraph administrator. Of course Judge is gonna say he wasn’t there. Who’s gonna admit to being part of that type of behavior? So I don’t have solid factual evidence, just my beliefs.

And that’s how I see it.

The polygraph administrator entered a sworn statement to the senate. He only asked her two questions. Is any part of your statement false and did you make up Amy part of your statement. Her attorney released the entire report before she testified. Read it for yourself.

corroborating evidence means evedince factual evidence that support an allegation. Without it no charges can be brought. That is, thankfully, the way the American Justice system should work.

  17. I know so many woman that use rape accusations as a way to get revenge. I think in those cases it is usually pretty obvious and easily determined and they should be held accountable.

These sort of women also create a huge problem for actual victims because people are now finding it more and more difficult to take any allegations of sexual abuse seriously.

Women need to figure out how important it is to immediately go report rape. Have a rape kit done and shut it down at the start. I understand that this isn’t easy. I know all of the thoughts that go through a person’s head when this happens...

It was my fault. I let this happen. Nobody is going to believe me. Nobody is going to help me. This is just going to cause more problems.

So they avoid it but that needs to stop because now we’ve got a world where this seeps into every crevice of life. It’s determining our political climate and ruining innocent people’s lives.

I wouldn't say false accusations are rare.

I don't get these lot that want to make changes to encourage more victims to come forward. Its up to the victim at the end of the day, maybe they don't want to go through all that after going thru such an ordeal. It should be left to their decision only. They are adults and perfectly capable of deciding how they want to handle it. Anybody who really cared would respect and back them whatever they chose to do.

The evil control freaks that run the system are only interested in using them as a statistic to scare the rest of the population into compliance and feeling like they need the protection of the authorities. That is some next level evil shits who would use a vulnerable woman at such a delicate time in her life.

And that is true, actually. There are numerous studies done on this. If you google false rape allegations there are pages and pages of these studies.

Divorce is a whole different thing. Divorces get nasty. AGAIN, I think these woman should be prosecuted.

I like the way you tried to twist that into your narrative. Good job!😜

I don't believe he was twisting for a narrative so much as illustrating that woman lie about what men do because it's understood that, in today's political climate, the courts are more willing to err on the side of the accuser if is a sexual allegation against a man from a woman.

False allegations of domestic violence too. Number of men convicted of domestic abuse that “took the rap”
Divorce attorneys released a finding years ago that 75% of women make false allegations of some sort, during divorce proceedings.
20-25% of women lie about paternity of their children.
