   my little shit hole costs 550 a year in taxes,, any improvement that the town can see as an improvement and they will say its worth 100,000 and start charging me 2000 a year property tax and I'm trying to stay at 550 a year cuz when i was young I knew I wanted rent a place for 50 bucks a month and instead I own a place that tax/ ie rent.. is right at 50 a month.
   
   its weird I am doing almost exactly what I planned to do 35 years ago for when I turned 50..
   
   I knew I was going to partyy and fuck off till I was 50 then start working playing off my fake experience for hi pay till I actually knew what I was doing and then charge more while livin in a 50 dolla a month house

   um, I bought a place for 27,000 surrounded by multi million dolla property's within 20 miles of 3 of the richest little towns not to mention Dartmouth collage so I have well paying work for the rest of my life. now you cant buy anyplace for under 50 grand in this state
   and thats for a trailer in just as bad of shape as my trailer on less land than I have so this is my home till I die, plus its right on the snowmobile trail so I can ride from home

   welp, that didnt go as planned, the front end of the trailer came up just fine but the back not so much,, as I was jacking the back up it was real east but it didnt seem to bring the trailer up so I came inside and when i went to the back bedroom well it all became clear,, the frame went up but the trailer didnt you can see the frame rail humping up the floor in the bedroom.
   now I have to build a beam inside the bedroom and jack the walls and roof up so I can replace the rotted floor then set the walls back down on the new floor

    no, rick has been in charge of all house and yard work for the last 15 years and he has been fuckin off for the last 5, and being it wasnt my job I ignored all the shit that wasnt getting done,, now its my mess and I'm over it so I'm perfecting my nest for me.
    
    tomorrow i'll level the trailer,, its been leaning for longer than we have lived here,, its at least 8" off level from side to side and I'm skerred to take out anymore walls till it sits level, also I cant fix anything till its level so what i fix isnt crooked when i do level the house

    just drug my dresser out of the back bedroom and moved it to the living bedroom and folded all my clothes and put em in the dresser,, may be the first time I did that in 20 years

    OT my new mattress is as hard as a sheet of plywood.
    I was going to start taring out a few more walls but decided to level the trailer before taking any more structure so I went to town and got 100 feet of clear plastic hose to make a water level so I can get it level tomorrow,, I hired some help to get the job done faster.
    I picked up a pound of BBQ on the way home and then got some buns to put it on so now i'm eating bbq samiches and cleaning house

    dude,, we laugh at Canadian maple syrup,, I'm in the maple syrup capital of the US of motherfuckin A, in 10 miles from my house I can stop at 35 farms that will sell me this years maple syrup for 35 bucks a gallon,, the closest one is less than 1/4 mile away

    when i go for it makin bfast I have sausage links and an egg then I fry bread in butter in the pan I cooked in so the sausage water gets in the bread,, then I use some maple syrup on top of it all
