   got woke up hearin a rat trying to take the last slice of bread at 12 midnight, I staid up for a while and kept hearin him rattlin round under the sink and I didnt expect him to come back out but when i went back to bed a little while ago he came out and started makin noise again so I baited his ass with ritz crackers and bread on the floor ,, then I set up in the rat blinmd and readied myself for a long night of hunting but low and behold he jumpoed right on the bait so when he came out for the next little bit of bait I shot his ass in the neck,, it didnt kill him but it fucked him up enough so I could get him by the tail and tossed his ass in the wood stove,, he came to and ran around the coals for 10 seconds till he took a nap and now he is heating my house

   I did a pitiful amount of work today,, I reached down to pick up the paint roller and my back went KaPOW! and it has been in pain for the last several hrs

   lol, if the asshole who counts every item at the bj's exit door is working I fold my receipt into a tiny wadded up mess and I tell him its cuz he acts like everyone is a pos thief . I also watch the people in front of me with full carts and if he doesnt count all there items but wants to count my 20 items I give him hell loud enough for all to hear

   I went to work today got 4 hrs in, and now I'm waiting for it to get good and dark and then i'll go test out my 400 dolla extra lights on my sled to see if it was a total rip off or an ok deal

    on my way to the snowmobile shop to pick up my sled that was in for some work and upgrades,, new storage bag, spot lights so I can see where I'm going at night,, the stock light wasnt bright enough to see into the future and on a sled you have to see into the future so you don't crash,, I got mirrors so I can see if the guy behind me is still following,, heated shield power cord, extra 200 dolla drive belt, new jacket, ice scratchers to help cool it in icy conditions,, new blue ski tips and a blue bezil below the wind screen,, I'll post a pic later

    today I went for a 30 min. sled ride,, gotta go for a short ride every day till its sled season just to start getting in shape to ride hard.. sledding uses many muscles you do not use during normal life yesterday I was out for 45 min and didnt do nuffin when i got done except lay about the rest of the day cuz it kicked my ass,, today wasnt as bad so tomorrow shouldn't even bother me

    I start off with the butter melting in the pan, then gradually add my flour until I got a good roux going, then pour in the milk, seasonings of choice, and sausage once thickened. Easy as hell and delicious

    
    I have bacon fat, beef fat and pork fat stored in the fridge so I don't have to use butter I make it with the fat closest to the meat i'm putting it on,, I also use the beef tallow as a hand cream for dry skin, I learned that one last winter when i got some nasty paint on my hands that made them dry and cracking with lots of pain nothing was working till I tried the beef tallow
