Almond milk is much better IMO. It says that it requires refrigeration after opening but I don't see any reason it should be if you're going to be using it up within a week or two

    Almonds don't have nipples!!
It should be called almond juice not milk.

I'm doing it to fix my anxiety/depression, which has been working so far.

It's good for a LIMITED time
for SOME people. Its not a forever thing. Hence why I called it a "reset" button.

    Anyway, good luck to you.

What do you mean by your body resets itself? In what context?

Yes. For about a year. I stopped it around 2 months ago.

My heartburn is gone, wierd pain in my leg is gone and i had a strange inexplicable lower back pain that also resolved within like 3 wks of doing all carnivore. Before I also would get itchy whenever i ate something with wheat. That is now resolved as well.

BTW, I've started taking vitamin c supplements starting today for scurvy-related reasons.

Bc who am I to stop you from making a fool out of yourself? 😉

But yes you feel great at first and if you have any issues your body seems to "reset" itself.

Eventually, biology wins. You need carbohydrates, you need animal protein and you need fat.

Unless you are trying to heal some kind of digestive issue or something there's no use doing this.

Well one can do both. Be on welfare and work under the table and it's not necessarily about skin colour.

I have a hard time letting stuff go, too. I'm still livid when I think of somehting someone did to me 3 years ago. I fantasize that they are punished for it in the most terrible ways and it lifts my spirits somewhat. Ahhh..
