    I think that it putting me out has to do with seeing the light. not sure if its the effect on my skin but I can feel that happening too. getting a mat full of LEDs to yoga and lie on.. I'm a bit concerned I'll just end up asleep. perhaps .. I'll wear my tanning goggles with it ...

    every time I wear my red light mask I pass out a few min later, no matter how awake
    
    has anyone here ever used it? I have been maybe two years but I need to build a red light mat for yoga, or buy it whatever
    
    I used to have HELLA SCARS on my face, I scar easy but still my skin blew off zombie style and took 3 months to grow back 1mm a day. the deepest affected areas are still visible if one is really looking.
    
    micro needling works. and I do believe red light therapy is fantastic I dont use any skin products so, those are the only two. I dont mind needling my skin up all crazy, it doesnt hurt that bad compared to other weird shit for me, but I can def see how most ppl wouldnt be able to needle their face or wherever. that rebound heal really takes 5 yrs off.
    
    I wish I wasnt so lazy that I needled my face more. it has been quite helpful smoothing out those wicked scars, so I look like a pretty normal chick again. I want to micro needle my whole body and red light therapy myself everywhere every day. I would never get old. @_@
