Besides your speech you should try not to fidget. You look like you are distracted and don't want to be there. You aren't even gesturing with your hands like an italian, your hands are just all over the place, like you don't actually control them. That Dr. Strangelove act distracts the audience as well.

Also try not to umm and aww at all. You appear confused when you do. JFK could get away with the eaaah, because he'd do it not when he was thinking but in the middle of speech, when the next word was obvious.

It's not hard to change your demeanor to appear much more commanding and interesting.

Black on white crime is on a scale of at least 50:1 versus white on black crime.

No apology will be forthcoming from me, but the real question is WHY DON'T YOU APOLOGISE?

    I NEVER SAID IT DID!

Having a registration plate on your car doesn't incentivise productive endeavors either.

IP addresses are a form of PI under GDPR.

Why are you monitoring us like criminals?

I think that it is possible to monitor everyone in a manner that doesn't compromise day to day activities, and only look up information on where people were and where they are when a crime happens. All such activity should be made public. I think this sort of openness would make everyone better off, safer, richer, and happier.

You haven't produced an argument why that shouldn't be done, apart from "muh privacy".

Sometimes copyright ownership is declared. When enforcing copyright it is required to declare your information.

Having a company is not evil or unjust or weird or something only the rich do - I have a company myself and a domain registered in the name of that company. Corporate personhood makes perfect sense once you understand the issues.

I didn't say that, or even imply that - there is no mandatory copyright info requirement.

In my view public WHOIS information is good as property should be registered - and people should be able to find out what belongs to who. That way information is available for such things as making social policy. I do not like the idea of secret property or secret proceedings.

Also you realize you don't have to register a trademark or copyright on a work in order to create it, right?

Trademarks enable brands. Without them anyone can build a Dell running Microsoft Windows and sell it on an Amazon website.

Copyright helps make money for book authors and movie producers. The idea is to incentivise productive endeavour.

A person is said to be well socialized if he believes in and obeys the moral code of his society and fits in well as a functioning part of that society. It may seem senseless to say that many leftists are oversocialized, since the leftist is perceived as a rebel. Nevertheless, the position can be defended. Many leftists are not such rebels as they seem.

    25. The moral code of our society is so demanding that no one can think, feel and act in a completely moral way. For example, we are not supposed to hate anyone, yet almost everyone hates somebody at some time or other, whether he admits it to himself or not. Some people are so highly socialized that the attempt to think, feel and act morally imposes a severe burden on them. In order to avoid feelings of guilt, they continually have to deceive themselves about their own motives and find moral explanations for feelings and actions that in reality have a non-moral origin. We use the term “oversocialized” to describe such people. [2]

    26. Oversocialization can lead to low self-esteem, a sense of powerlessness, defeatism, guilt, etc. One of the most important means by which our society socializes children is by making them feel ashamed of behavior or speech that is contrary to society’s expectations. If this is overdone, or if a particular child is especially susceptible to such feelings, he ends by feeling ashamed of HIMSELF. Moreover the thought and the behavior of the oversocialized person are more restricted by society’s expectations than are those of the lightly socialized person. The majority of people engage in a significant amount of naughty behavior. They lie, they commit petty thefts, they break traffic laws, they goof off at work, they hate someone, they say spiteful things or they use some underhanded trick to get ahead of the other guy. The oversocialized person cannot do these things, or if he does do them he generates in himself a sense of shame and self-hatred. The oversocialized person cannot even experience, without guilt, thoughts or feelings that are contrary to the accepted morality; he cannot think “unclean” thoughts. And socialization is not just a matter of morality; we are socialized to conform to many norms of behavior that do not fall under the heading of morality. Thus the oversocialized person is kept on a psychological leash and spends his life running on rails that society has laid down for him. In many oversocialized people this results in a sense of constraint and powerlessness that can be a severe hardship. We suggest that oversocialization is among the more serious cruelties that human beings inflict on one another.

That's a weak sauce response, and doesn't address my contention. If anything Uncle Ted was talking about people like you here - lefties.

Something to do with "watched over by machines of loving grace" would be more relevant, but still - the fact is that I don't want my car window broken when I'm hiking or my laptop stolen while I'm taking a piss has nothing to do with my politics.

You privacy absolutists are responsible for most petty crime in society, and have a lot of blood on your hands.

Privacy is an outdated concept. I would like if everyone was monitored at all times. Think about how much better things would be if you could leave your car or your front door unlocked, or leave your wallet lying on a table in a restaurant while you go to the bathroom, where no one could drunk drive or speed, and where almost all crimes could be solved in an hour or two.

The NSA achieves very little considering its large budget, and that is the sole basis I can imagine criticising it on.

GDPR is only there to allow the rich to hide their identities and wealth.

It has zero benefit for the average person.

For instance whois information is now hidden for .ie domains.

The strangest thing about this though is that the family isn't doing the predictable "he a gud boi didn do nuffin" thing. They're like "light the nigger up".

Young black males are incredibly violent, it's not even a joke. They're like little demons or something. Apparently they have an altered gene for an MAOI protein or something that causes it.

It's also weird how whites will allow each other to get killed by those nigger bucks, and not even admit it.
