I eat better in jail. Least I get fruit and veg in jail, and you only get canteen(commissary?) Once a week so I never ordered treats and lost so much weight and actually was healthy for the first time in my life. I was a fucking fussy eater before I went to jail
Last nice I ate a whole packet of crackers with philladelphia on and 8 fudge pop tarts but I was abit stoned so ...you know..

Im on anti epileptic medication but it dates back to when I was addicted to benzos/alcohol in 2009, just never got it fully checked out or had the scans....plus the have dual purpose and help me with my actual fully diagnosed PTSD and borderline personality disorder...I'm alot more stable than what I was about 5 years ago...i was forever getting myself sectioned
I do exaggerate to be honest just so I can get access to housing(if i were to get a job currently the rent is 1000 a week...thats with all the service charges etc etc) plus the job market over here with zero hour contracts and shitty warehouse jobs with shitty wages

pretty good, I stayed up till 1am last night 🌙, insulted some muslims on a local newspaper facebook group cause he had a heart attack died and crashed his car and I said he must of done something haram so I got loads of threats and now but the mUsLiM mafia are after me....lol but other than that I need to go pick up my meds and eat some food and just relax.
