There is actually merit to be had from sensory deprivation when it comes to expanded states of awareness, but prolonged use can result in adverse effects. I don't see any problem with people spending 20-30 minutes a day in there.
I don't know that particular model but unless there's water in it, it will have reduced effectiveness. -

Back in the day you'd get a weakened version of the bug which was fine and worked like a charm.
There's no telling what this shit does to you in a few years time. You could get cancer, brain damage, grow an extra head etc.
Not to mention the fear of advanced nanobots with the potential to control your behaviour. -

The speed of light is measured while traveling through space. If you change the medium to water for example, you will decrease the speed at which that light travels.
Also we will probably never know the exact speed of light, as that number is reserved for instruments of measurements beyond us. -

Ever see the movie The Demon Seed?
The second one "the heretic" is not taking itself serious enough and yeah they are using biofeedback. Its a crap movie.
The third one is from the early 90's. I wasn't expecting much after the second one but this is actually a well written story with a dark atmosphere stalking you throughout the movie and quite a few wtf moments. Its also picking up from the first movie but following the detective instead of the mother and daughter.
The third one is the true sequel imo.

That would have to have been an extremely low dose, and he would have to be suicidal.
DMT forces your body into sleep mode which means it gets hard and extremely uncomfortable to move around even more so at higher doses. Even the simple idea of pulling a cord becomes a chore which u woulda rather been without. If he got a breakthrough dose and jumped out of an airplane, he died.
