All the courts give a shit about is that you are not a threat to the child. I know of guys who have beat the living day lights out their birds and been jail/ all sorts and gone to court/ got access.

I've never actually beat her up though, just self defence, but sadly cause I've already been charged and pleased guilty to assaulting her in the past they will be like well he's done it before etc... bullshit man... i really hope in the end I get to see my kid. -
