Unlike her, I don't tell the police what she's done to me, like whenever I didn't wsnt sex, she'd say I didn't love her and that I was cheating, so I had to have sex to prove I love her and didn't cheat, or when she'd point knives at me and says she hates me, or when she'd belittle me, call me fat, small dick, lazy etc. Or when I wouldn't message back 2 seconds after she'd text, she'd start accusing me of cheating and shit lol

Well this plays into your hand then, my ex had one on me albeit there was no reason for it. She got the restraining order thinking in court it would make me look bad which it did not.
All the courts give a shit about is that you are not a threat to the child. I know of guys who have beat the living day lights out their birds and been jail/ all sorts and gone to court/ got access.
I know all this cause I was in your position and someone told me to do what I am telling you to do now.

Restraihijg order doesnt apply to the custody order. Somwtimes they want all court proceedings to he done before the family court ones. You have a supervisor for visits if that's ordered and it just can't be her. Since your family is supportive of you I'm sure they will be approved for access and allow you to see them.
I'm going to apply for access with my daughter soon but need my taxes done beforehand
