It literally has all the same effects as meth, except it also acts on serotonin so you're too happy to notice/care.
Take away the serotonin component and you'd have an exact copy of meth with 20% of the potency. -

A childhood friend of mine was prescribed Vyvanse, Depakote, Abilify and Seroquel at the same time.
He was a fucking mess. Constantly in and out of psych ward, staying between family members because they could only tolerate him so long, etc. I tried telling his mother that the doctor was a retard that was just trying to make money but there's OBVIOUSLY NO WAY this 17 year old kid could know better than a DOCTOR, RIGHT???
He's lucky he wasn't getting grand mal seizures -
