All you have to do to change the atmosphere at work is start being negative. It will spread like wildfire.
This works the opposite way too but often a little slower.
This case is different as I have been genuinely concerned for my safety and the safety of my co-workers as I do consider many of them my friends. All you got to do is say something like "I can't believe they don't care about us" and then suddenly everyone in the room is thinking the same thing.
My buddy at work has a different strategy.
He waits until the break room fills up and then just started telling everyone they are going to die and that this is the end of times.

he made this thread because he's thanked so many of my post and I called him a dumbass earlier. I bet I could make speak chinese if I wanted to. hikiromori was just like him would post the same insults and post, pretty much projecting then would turn around and private message me about how I have potential but need to step up my game, I'm glad he's not posting anymore, he's afraid that posting online and being the virtual world he could get a computer virus and spread it to his mother and his pillow he humps at night.
I post for myself, not for anyone else, take it or leave it. Theres plenty of worse posters than me here but its because I'm vocal enough to trigger some people thats why I get the backlash but I don't care about it. I'm just doing it for the lulz and to talk to the real gonts that know know who I am.

God they are so pathetic, all unemployed stoners seem to share inherent traits it's almost textbook. Take the magical herb away from them and give it a day or two they will go insane. It's no different from any other drug habit. I like Candy 'n all but I think even she would go mad without. The way I see it is no different from drinking everyday, it's still A HABIT. I'm glad it was a phase. OK, so I had it every blue moon but still I wasn't some angry retard that smokes it habitually. At least with Cocaine I had amazing sex, met loads of different personalities/ customers/ girls. I couldn't have imagined doing that shit daily though fuck that.
I like smoking weed but I don't do it all the time like I used to when I was a kid an I'm kinda glad for that to be honest. I think the last time I smoked was like 2-3 months ago. And I've done other drugs in the last couple of months, some weird wannabe xtc and some coke the day before with some xanax but never really bothered to deal with that guy again, not that he was bad just not driven like I used to be.
Summer 2018 I did a lot of tek and h. I still drink but I've been trying to cut back on that. Really the only drugs I want to are like acid / shrooms, I'll do it and have a good time but I don't do them again for awhile. But to each their own.
It's just with stoners that I don't like is for example this one guy I worked with back in october, he was a younger he was alright but you could tell smoked a lot like he'd come in and it was obvious he was high, he just looked dumb. I've drank at work plenty of times but I was never that fucked up and nobody ever said anything to me about it.
There was one day on last halloween i went to my favorite pizza place for shots and slices with my neighbors before going to work.. because it was halloween... didn't want to just see everyone else having fun, but I was fucking hammered when I got to work and I went in and sat down for a while and then went outside and called the manager was like dude I'm fucking drunk as shit I won't do this today.. and he was like haaha alright bud.. just cally cindy or whoever and I went and partied with this chicken that night.
I went back to work two days later and some older lady a good woman was like Doug is everything alright.. we were worried about you.. my boss was like Doug you have a lot of nerve to come back here and I just stared and he was like lol you're cool though..
But anyways this guy at work would having to tell you he just smoked a bowl.. or how he smoked a joint front row at "the phish" concert.. I was like why do you keep calling them the phish.. its just "phish"
