I have been getting into GTA RP, not playing it but watching it specifically from the streamer Xqc who plays a character "Jean Paul" and has some wacky adventures
like when he robbed every bank back to back to back oh man that is some legendary shit a real front page flush if i ever saw one
he's pretty funny and trolls the roleplayers
I also watched a cop perspective and that was good too, i think GTA RP is kinda cool
Literally every place in the world has weirdos and drug addicts, that's not even the main problem with California. California and New York to me as a foreign person would be my last picks, not the type of places for my sector of industries and high taxes put me off.
I like the idea of growing weed or farming but once again, high taxes. Colorado, Nevada and Michigan are some places I could see myself living and starting a business. Most HQ's are in Chicago, it's the old American business city.
The bottom of my list would be Ohio and Indiana, redneck anti drug states full of the worst kind of people, I don't know if they are worse than uppity new yarkers and california faggots but I have met some cool people from those states.

if it's physical you can probably treat it yourself for cheaper
the only thing that warrants a hospital in my opinion is something internal like a heart attack but apparently those aren't always lethal and you can just "power through it" something like a bleeding wound you can't close, you might want to hold off on the hospital because honestly you might be able to stitch it yourself for cheaper, quicker by just watching a youtube video. PS always keep a stitching kit on hand, I should get one from amazon
if it's poison you will also probably be fine just drink some charcoal and make yourself frew up
