Criminal history has no effect on job performance, in fact a person with a strong criminal background is preferred because they aren't afraid to get dirty and raw to the core and go against the rules written by some bureaucrat that has never worked a manual labor job in their life

hes a good goy I can confirm. Mr. Lucrimosa works hard and shares your racial tone. If you ask me you should drop that wheat whyte boy and give this NISer a chance. This forum is now a dating site DH 2.0. I met the love of my life through this forum maybe you can too?!
He paid his debt to society and is clearly looking to make money and be productive. I don't see any issue here and I don't have kids so my family probably wouldn't be his target.

a criminal is a state of mind. If you are not currently in jail or prison serving a sentence then you are not a criminal. Owning an illegal possessed firearm and a kilogram of cocaine and murdering soemoene doesn't make you a "criminal" in fact even being charged by the police and awaiting sentencing doesn't make you a "criminal"
because maybe you didn't do it. Maybe the facts are wrong. Criminals stop being criminals as soon as they leave jail or prison.
