    It does fuck with trying to have a normal life. Sometimes I get anxious around my own girlfriend even though we are so close, it has a way of completely taking over my mind and I have to do a lot to keep it at bay
    
    But I embrace it for the most part. When I get a panic attack at work I just try to focus on the job and when I calm down I look around and realize i've been working twice as fast as anyone else
    
    Sometimes I get a bit manic and I become talkative and full of energy. It's a wild ride, i can't imagine living a life with normal balanced emotions it seems so alien and weird to me.
