Imagine shitting with herpes on your asshole. I doubt anyone willing to tongue-punch your fart box for an hour in exchange for a measly 60 dollars will be very clean.

Study: Toys prove to be
better investment than gold, art, and financial securities. Unusual ways of investment—such as collecting toys—can generate high returns. For example, secondary market prices of retired
LEGO sets grow by 11% annually, which is faster than gold, stocks, and bonds.

Update:
She seems to have regrets. I don't know how committed she really is to the idea of separation. Taking its slow and letting things pan out. We are still friendly with each other, talk. I feel a lot better than I did, but I don't really know what to think right now.
For now, I let her keep sleeping in our bedroom and I have been sleeping in the basement, which I don't really mind at all because it's always been my mancave, I have a PC, bed, couch xbox/TV, decorated my way, comfortable down here, the cats have followed me down here and chill with me. Made chicken breasts on hamburger buns for dinner, ate with her, she seems sad. I made a loaf of bread, while I was cutting myself a slice she started crying, I consoled her. Then I left her alone to have her space, I'm chilling eating my bread sitting with my kitty's.
I appreciate all your advice guys, I have to give this situation some careful consideration.

The scale of the disaster unfolding in B.C. is unprecedented: The sheer damage to basic infrastructure caused by the flooding is catching everyone unprepared:
https://nationalpost.com/opinion/terry-glavin-the-scale-of-the-disaster-unfolding-in-b-c-is-unprecedentedFirst the rain, then the wind, and soon, everything will be freezing. For starters, if you think the Canadian economy is beset by global “supply chain” bottlenecks now, you just wait.
The Port of Vancouver, North Fraser, Fraser-Surrey Docks and Deltaport are now cut off from the rest of Canada, by road and by rail. Both CN Rail and CP Rail are assessing the extent of the damage to their rail lines in the Fraser Valley and Fraser Canyon districts. Neither company knows when the trains will be moving again.
the Coquihalla Highway — the main road route connecting Metro Vancouver with British Columbia’s southern interior and points east, with roughly three-quarters of a million commercial truck transits every year — is gone. Deputy British Columbia Premier Mike Farnsworth says it may take “several weeks or months” to re-open the highway.
https://financialpost.com/news/economy/b-c-flooding-could-be-canadas-costliest-disaster-as-cut-off-port-of-vancouver-snarls-supply-chain"I estimate roughly $300-350m is traded between BC and the rest of Canada per day by road or rail. That’s $2-2.5b per week,” Trevor Tombe, an economics professor at the University of Calgary...
The Port of Vancouver is the “dominant” import port for goods coming into Canada, said Trevor Heaver, professor at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.

The title of this is "All is Vanity"
The phrase "All is vanity" comes from Ecclesiastes 1:2 ("Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.")
Kohelet proclaims (1:2) "Vanity of vanities! All is futile!"; the Hebrew word hevel, "vapor", can figuratively mean "insubstantial", "vain", "futile", or "meaningless".
Kohelet states that the only good is to partake of life in the present. People should enjoy, but should not be greedy; no-one knows what is good for humanity; righteousness and wisdom escape humanity. Kohelet reflects on the limits of human power: all people face death, and death is better than life, but people should enjoy life when they can. The world is full of risk: he gives advice on living with risk, both political and economic. Mortals should take pleasure when they can, for a time may come when no one can.

Look at what Exxon Mobil did in the 80s. They designed a ship that at the time was state of the art to measure pollution levels in the atmosphere at sea. They found that continued use of fossil fuels and the increase of use over the next decades would have a huge impact on our climate. They decided to burry the report and actively fund denial campaigns. All for short term gains.
Lots of articles about this here is one
